The rooms are beautifully furnished and the resort looks as if it should be top notch however NOTHING works, starting with the air conditioning. Two entire buildings were without air conditioning (85 farenheit in room) and even so the management stalled and dodged and kept saying it would be fixed soon. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite garden view room. The space is ridiculously large. Kitchen is small, but everything else was plenty big and then some. The ambence of the room was great. It was spaciouness and very clean. The facilities and staff were wonderful. My children especially enjoyed the pools.There were lots of activities to do. more
