Vinales is a great place and the people, like elsewhere in Cuba are welcoming and hospitable. Haydee, who runs this lovely little casa particular is particularly welcoming and a great cook too! There are estimated to be about 300 casa particulars in Vinales, so you'll never struggle to find a place to stay, but Casa Haydee is definitely worth a visit. Vinales is worth staying in for a few nights at least, to allow plenty of time to explore all the caves and mountains in the area. more
