Filthy common dining areas, shoddy carpentry, dangerous and rickety stairways, cracked and broken sidewalks, weather stripping around the air conditioner pulled away, allowing cold air and insects to enter the room, mildewed and moldy bathroom tile caulking, woefully poor and inedible breakfast, unfriendly management. They'll charge your credit card up front for the entire length of your stay and then look for other ways they can scam you out of additional money on one pretense or another. They'll even charge your credit card and put it through without a signature while you are away for the day. We are currently contesting an exhorbitant extra charge they tried to "soak" us with, This place looks good from the highway because they've slapped a new coat of white paint on it -- but look closely: the staircases are "cobbled" from rot repair, shaky and unsafe.
