Cape road cottages are a trio of cottages for rent in French River Prince Edward Island.
The cottages are within a close walk to magestic bluffs overlooking the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
The cottage itself was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It contained a washer and dryer, and had digital cable service. French River is a cute fishing village not far from Cavendish and North Rustico, where more nightlife and action is. We only stayed here two nights, but wished we had stayed here the whole week we were in PEI, as mostly everything is within a resonable drive.
The couple that own the cottages Silvia and Albert are warm friendly people. Upon checkout we sat in their livingroom for hours, drinking coffee and listened to great stories of the island and beyond.
Weather permitting, they hold campfires on the property for the guests to enjoy marshmallows and discuss the days travels.
