This was one of the coolest things I've ever done! Our guide was fantastic and I always felt safe (I'm not that graceful) because he was there to catch me if I slipped or went flying past him when we were tubing. The abseil is so much fun and not scary at all. Then we did a fair amount of spelunking to get to the glow worms and get to the point where we would start tubing (blackwater rafting). I went through one of the "squeezes" and was so proud of myself! The guide was there to talk me through it because I was pretty nervous about that part. The rafting was fun, but unfortunately, that meant we had to walk back up against the current. A good work-out! The hardest part was the rock climb. Non-athletic people like my husband and I can do it, but it's a bit tough. Don't be put off by it, though - do this trip!!
