This place is ok.
However there are some things about it which are not really acceptable.
1) Person at reception when we arrived was really unfriendly, without doubt the most unfriendly on our travels throughout Malaysia (and we've been to alot of places)
2) Wifi is very slow and actually didnt work after about 1130 pm, and in the morning had to go and ask them to get it working (seems like they switch off the power for some reason)
3) there was a hole in the bathroom wall where the pipe goes out of the building, through this hole you could see people on the next door balcony. so its a bit dodgy feeling, almost like a 'peep hole' We put paper over the hole so that we had more privacy taking a shower but shouldnt really have to do that.
4) quite noisy at night with thin walls, music blaring from neighbours room.
5) staff difficult to find, they also run the cafe across the road where they spend most of their time so they are rarely...
