shower and toilet area was cracked and dirty, kitchen area covered in ants and unhygenic. The rooms were totally basic, the family were not friendly, and we were in the middle of nowhere surrounded by derelict sites. It was a long way to an awful beach, and this is a place for serious drinkers who dont want to be disturbed. more

As a family we have just returned from our ninth consecutive year at the Venus apartments.Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are such a lovely family. The large swimming pool is the key attraction for the younger members of our party and the Raki for the older members! more

The venus is a great base to see the island, we hired a car and it was great we found beaches with 1 or 2 people on. The venus has a bar that serves snacks for lunch, we enjoyed the lunches we had there. The pool is very clean and the apartments are also spotless. The rep was very helpful... more

Venus far exceeded expectations. Best accommodation for self catering we have ever stayed in. The Perakis Family has higly contributed to an unforgetable holiday. Warm and hospitable people, great home made Mousaka by Mando and lots of Raki by Manolis... not to mention the BBQ nights dancing like crazy to Greek???? music!! The spotless pool was a bonus!! more
