arrived at hotel early hours of morning to be greeted with the hotel is overbooked we will have to take you to another one of our group hotels for the night.No mention of sorry. just returned from at week at the grand hotel never again.room average bathroom filthy restaurant chaotic.had to queue every day for breakfast and dinner it was like being back at school. the bar staff were very nice but very slow we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks. dont know how they got their 4/5 star rating more
