I have visited Rhodes every year for the last 20 years and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in, when we arrived at the hotel we were given the keys to room 5 which is on the ground floor at the back of the hotel at the end of a dark corridor , the room was also very... more

Shockingly I see bad reviews about Alexia, but I have to ask to those what they expected from an accomodation for such a low price.. Besides in a town like Rhodes you have many things to do from early in the in the morning to late at night, so you use the hotel for shower and sleeping.. So, everything is... more

We stayed for two weeks and found the hotel very basic and at times a rip off. Air con was around £7 extra a night (and was needed), we didn't bother with a safety deposit box because it was about £20 a week which we felt was a ridiculous price. Our room was facing bar street which meant that the... more

Went self catering two weeks; though two ring stove very good, very short of decent cooking gear; cooking area very small. On the back, another hotel very close which echos up ALL the noise from the surrounds. Family Co-op store at back of hotel best buys. Buses for West coast 5-10 mins away, have to go into town for East... more

Not many great things to say about this hotel, except for location and staff which were both wonderful. Overall the hotel is very "retro", meaning everything in it is straight from the -70´s and -80´s. This means also that everything is very worn out. The rooms are quite roomy in my opinion, but if you get one facing east there... more

I had been on tour of Europe, Uk & Ireland for 3 months, and decided to spend my last 2 weeks in Greece, specifically Rhodes. I needed somewhere to stay in Greece for 2 weeks I choose this hotel based on price, but... I never expected the top quality service I got. . The reception service with Margureta was spot... more

This was a last minute booking and, based on reviews here, I figured how bad could it be? Well, it's not bad, but you could do A LOT better. The rooms are old, clean, but really worn looking, and the shower has one of those flimsy curtains that you don't want your body to touch as you shower. I booked... more

Having read some very bad reviews of the Alexia, we were pleasantly suprised when we arrived! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room, although a little tired and dated was clean and tidy, the linen was fresh, and the location is superb. We had requested a seaview room without much hope, but were given a third floor studio with... more
