Overall the hotel was very basic and dated, the lobby area and decor was late 70's. Just spent a week at the Helena....But not good !!!!! I can appreciate that it is cheap to stay there But, we NEVER had one warm shower it was Freezing water every night. We have just come back from the helena which is in a great location close to beach,shops, bars and restaurants. if you just want somewhere to sleep and get changed in then thats ok if you want anything else dont go there.As usual you have to check out by 12.00 mid day and we did not leave for the airport... more
