We stayed in a Siblu caravan which was newish and had everything we needed except air-con, thiugh it did have a fan! The site is very packed in with little space between caravans. But once we got used to that, which we soon did & helped by there being so much space so near in terms of the lake, pools... more

The apartment we stayed in was great for us, we were only two adults and a baby, though it would've been a struggle for the six adults it was intended for. The facilities in the apartment were good except the shower needs a curtain so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet. For the money we paid though, it was excellent.... more

We were six - two adults, four kids aged 10 to 18. We have done lots of Keycamp / Canvas / Eurocamp before so we knew what to expect. Considering this is a huge site in a very hot climate with a very mixed clientele, it's fantastic. Very clean, well-kept site, reasonably priced supermarket, nice fruit & veg shop, good... more

We stayed in a Premier 2 bed mobile home with Eurocamp. It was very compact- not really enough room for 4 adults and a baby. My parents had the double bedroom, my husband and I slept on the pull out bed in the living area and our baby had the tiny kids room- luckily the bunk beds folded up against... more

Where to begin? Well, firstly Lake Garda is a beautiful part of the world (you're practically guaranteed good weather in August), excellent scenery, some lovely little villages within easy driving distance and finally some major (in a European way), fun parks. That's the positives.. now the negatives... The campsite is simply too big, talking to one of the girls on... more

1st the site is big and very busy, if this bothers you do not go. Lots of reviews have stated this, so be warned. Very much a Dutch and German site. We had a chalet with Air con, a must have item!! It can get very hot and stuffy. Don’t go camping you will be too hot and the tents... more

We spent 10 days in a Mobile home from Jun 25th '09 at Bella Italia. Absolutely huge site with everything you need on site. We were on the extreme of the site so we had a bit of a walk to the swimming pools, bars and Restaurant. Not too bad as it's a pleasant site with plenty of vegetation and... more

A group of us, 19 adults & children, travelled to http://www.camping-bellaitalia.it/eng/index_eng.html for a week in the sun, and also for a family wedding. We flew ryanair SNN to BGY, and stayed in the self catering accom Only glitch on the whole holiday, we had to be moved twice because of faulty air con, which is needed out there. But they... more

Travel there was good. Ryanair cheap and cheerful although the 15 kg thing is a little tricky when you have 2 small children but we managed. We managed to hire a car and all went well getting there thanks to Tom Tom! The campsite seemed busy when we arrived and my gosh it was busy when we settled in. The... more

Location is really what makes this campsite. You are really spoilt for places to visit and the setting overlooking the lake is fab. The overcrowding has already been covered in others reviews so all I will do is agree and advise that this campsite is used as a base for sightseeing. Some advice re the onsite restaurants: the one overlooking... more
