We stayed here en route back from Barcelona to Bilbao. We had to catch the Bilbao ferry at lunch time, so this location is great at approx 40 mins from the ferry. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean and modern. The area is very beautiful and clean. In the evening, you can eat at the restaurant opposite (Casa del patron) which is part of the hotel. Food here was very good - very much spanish/basque with a good selection of tapas. Air con is not standard in rooms - but was not really needed. Parking in the area is not a problem and the hotel makes a small charge for its' own private parking. Internet is available at €1 per hour more
