My wife and I were looking for a hibernation weekend where we could completely leave behind the cares of the credit crunch and daily doom and gloom. We found it in this hidden treasure of a converted, grade 2 listed barn. The largest of the two lovely bedrooms has a fabulous super king sized bed. The smaller bedroom, which isn't small, has a double bed and there is a fully equipped bathroom in between the bedrooms. Moving upstairs there is a fully appointed kitchen, complete with table and chairs, a lounge with ample seating and even TV if you have someone in tow who cannot bear to miss a football match. The windows are floor to ceiling and the views are outstanding.

The surrounding countryside is breathtakingly beautiful, and one can walk for miles undisturbed by traffic, though there are many tourist attractions fairly nearby for those who want them.
