This is an excellent B&B. We stayed in the Seaside Room which was spotlessly clean, the decoration was lovely, with great attention to detail. It is a nice size room with an ensuite shower room overlooking a pretty courtyard garden. It's located close to the beach/shops/restaurants and the breakfasts are delicious. Michael, who runs the B&B, was very welcoming and... more

We have just spent 2 nights at "No. 68" and would highly recommend this B&B / Guesthouse. There are three bedrooms all ensuite. We stayed in the Seaside Room with views over the courtyard garden. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable with complimentary tea & coffee etc. Mike the owner made us feel very welcome on our arrival... more

We stayed here in June over our wedding anniversary & will definitely be back. We have stayed at several b&bs in Broadstairs and this was by far the best. We stayed in the seaside room which was very clean & very nicely decorated. The b&b is very central. Breakfast was superb - a choice of fruit from the garden &... more

We visited No 68 for three days from August 31st to September 2nd. We stayed in the Chinese Room and loved everything in it (including the painted furniture). The house has been refurbished and decorated in true period style of 1906. The homecooked breakfasts were a delight and Mike's information skills for finding things to do and places to go... more

I have just spent an extremely enjoyable stay at Number 68. This B & B is a breath of fresh air. With carefully chosen decor to fit the French roomed theme, this was a pleasure to stay in. The breakfast cooked using local produce prepared exactly to our requests-possibly the best scrambled egg this year! The owner friendly and welcoming... more

Having seen the wonderful reviews for this B&B I cannot tell you how dissapointed I was when faced with the reality of a somewhat average B&B. The lavender in the French room was not fresh, it was in fact a plug in horrible smelly artificial air freshener. The room consisted of old junk furniture badly painted. Overall the whole property... more

I agree with all above. I was there with my father and we got offered 2 rooms at no extra charge. The owner is very nice the breakfast gorgeous. Best in Town. Avoid the Copperfields Vegetarian Guesthouse: as I wrote in my review it is more expensive and the owners are rude 68 is the place to go. more
