A novel and lovely venue for a B and B. We visited Rochester for one night to visit the Sweeps festival. We had a very nicely decorated and comfortable cabin. We slept well and enjoyed our full English breakfast in the morning... thank you!

Clean, tastefully decorated room, comfortable bed, lovely view over the water, friendly, helpful hosts, tasty breakfast, and great fun too, this boat was my best B&B experience ever. Thanks Bob & Sue, for a great stay.

Excellent location an views, the service off bob an sue is superb an very friendly, nice clean rooms an would highly recommend to anyone, by far the best b&b in Rochester an iv I stopped in a few an this is in a league of its own :)

We were made very welcome and introduced to Bob and Sue's visiting family. We had chosen the lilac room with the private deck. I stayed here with my daughter on a road trip and it was by far her favourite place. The quirkiness of staying on a boat for the evening really added to the experience. Bob and Sue welcomed us as if we were old friends with a lovely cuppa and chat before we went to our room. Comfy clean and with lovely view. Breakfast the following morning was excellent and a laugh as we met with other guests and joined in the banter. Already looking forward to our visit in July. Thanks

A wonderful experience staying on a boat. Cold out side, snowing in fact. Warm inside with a lovely welcoming hot coffee. Then shown to a lovely cabin clean nicely decorated and warm, every thing you could want. breakfast was tasty. We had a lovely stay.

It was exciting and unusual to spend a night on a boat B & B, especially one that was going to float on the high tide. I really enjoyed my stay on Sovereign. Staying on a boat is always rather special in itself. Everything was very clean, warm and comfortable and the owners, Bob and Sue, are very friendly and helpful and very interesting to talk to. Breakfast was excellent and I will very happily go back again.
