great hotel, easy check in , rooms clean, warm and spacious, staff friendly and very helpful , breakfast was warm and plentyful, overall fantastic value for your money . very handy to junction 1 outlet and only 20 mins to belfast , bar has good tv, soft seating and free parking. will stay again soon.
