Portal Lencois is a beautiful hotel, however, the only bad thing, was suprising, in hospitality and tourism you would expect some staff to have basic english...nada. Other than that, the room, pool, food, free wifi is excellent. Just difficult to receive a message from a staff member that didn~t even ask who the organisation was or the message to relay... More
