We really liked this place. It was very comfortable and it's clean. we loved all the pets, especially spike and calico (the cat who would visit our room). Staying here is definately a good deal if you are tight on budget. The room was good, the mattresses were worn outt, but ok for a couple of days. I stayed here for a week in the dorm which was kept very clean and towels were changed daily. Kitchen facilities were good, hammocks and overall it was a very good place to stay. Planned to stay 5 days, but stayed only 2 nights... The place is not well-maintained, mosquito nets are useless (full of holes) and there were cockroaches, mosquitoes and grasshoppers all over. The open-air kitchen is well-equipped but dirty. Nice ample grounds and with a bit of effort it could be a very nice place to stay.

I should stay 2 or 3 days, but I stayed a week....The owner is very friendly and helpfull. This is a good value and cleaned everyday. 1 block from the beach and the bars. Just Internet was not that good (very slow and not every day).
