My husband and I originally booked another Quest property but were moved to Quest Richmond due to unforseen circumstances. We were greeted at Quest Richmond with "You're lucky you've got the last room, we're fully booked!" ... Lucky? We were only too obliging to move but didn't appreciate this comment.
