i visited bulgaria many times and hotel luxor was actually the first hotel i stay in and i believe that is one of the best hotels around! though its a small hotel, the rooms are greatly decorated and the italian restuarant is amazing! in bulgarian hotels and rare to find people who speak english but this is one of the few hotels that all employees speak english, but not fluently... more

The hotel is very clean, near to the beach and all amenities. Staff maybe could smile a little bit more, but on the whole for what it costs its very good value. The rooms were comfortable with a fridge in them. The reception staff spoke english.
