We stayed at this hotel for one night on 17th October, after finding it and reserving it in advance on the official website. The price was therefore 10 euros cheaper than the official tarrif on display on our arrival, and at 59 euros represented very good value for money considering its location. St Maur des Fosses is a nice suburb or Paris, outside the Peripherique, and only about 30 mins by car from the centre of Paris. In St <aur itself, there are plenty of bars and restaurants, although other Parisian suburbs like Maisons Alfort are worth a visit too for restaurants. The room was clean and spacious enough, with a large poerful shower, and nicely laid out. There was even a safe. It was just like a good hotel room, apart from there being no mini bar, which ws not a problem. The staff were couteous and helpful, and the hotel is permanently staffed, unlike the ordinary Balladins hotels which are not staffed of a night time.
