Comfortable and fully equipped rooms,the view from any balcony is amazing.The breakfast, which was not included in our stay, was magnificant. I don’t understand how someone complain about this hotel…..well our stay was perfect the hotel was amaizing, our room (number 2) was overlooking the caldera, very comfortable with 2 levels , very clean,also all the staff was incredible They made us feel at home the moment we stepped at the hotel.
