I don’t understand how someone complain about this hotel…..well our stay was perfect the hotel was amaizing, our room (number 2) was overlooking the caldera, very comfortable with 2 levels , very clean,also all the staff was incredible They made us feel at home the moment we stepped at the hotel. The room was very comfortable, and opened out to a private, spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the caldera, What a view....WOW!
