they overbooked and they arrange us in another complex. we booked an appartment with kitchen and we get a dark room with 2 single beds. after that of course they arrange us in a pretty good appartment but we never see them again

You can see a fantastic view of white-washed villas/apartments on top of cliffs and caldera view. 20-25 minute walk to central town - Fira. There's a nearby supermarket, rent-a-car/atv shops, wine shop, restaurants. Peaceful place - not so crowded.
