me and my friend stayed in these apartments last july for a week, the location is brilliant, right across the road from the main shopping centre and on the bottom level so no steps to go down, the staff were really rude and horrible, were young and there were loads of young people in the property but at night time... more

We stayed in these apts and all i can say is WOT A NIGHTMARE.We were over run with cockroaches which crawled every were,theres no 24 hour reception so we had to spend the nite outside cos we cudnt go bac in 2 the apt.The bathroom was black no joking wit these bugs and only for the maid who kindly moved... more
Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely old town. The apartments were only 5 mins from lovely beach and 10 mins from centre of town. The location is great if you want a budget holiday. You are really in the midst of things. The rooms are basic but clean. However there is no air conditioning and hiring a fan is a fortune.
