I have been to this restaurant many times and I have not had a bad meal yet. Roy and his staff give excellent service. I have also been there for formal meals and buffets excellent. The only gripe is the pillars in the function room, necessary yes, but the block out the top table!

Tucked up a hill in the middle of a housing estate, this is a real gem if you need to stay in or around Kingsteighton or Newton Abbot. Our daughter had her Reception and Evening Party at this Hotel. All our guests were greeted at the Reception with drinks and made welcome on arrival, The room for the Reception was laid out and dressed to a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and loved our room . The four poster bed was amazing and a nice view from the window overlooking the garden . All the staff were really friendly and so helpful . Will be back again in the near future .
