Our one-night midweek stay was fine, and reasonable value for the location relatively close to London. Clean and adequate modern room, but Travelodge seem to have long abandoned their proud boast of providing top class beds. Breakfast was another story. The hotel is situated smack bang on the A10, so nothing is in walking distance. Basic facilities but rooms clean and comfortable with helpful staff. On a main road, but our room at the rear was quiet. Overall would recommend the hotel, but not the bar/cafe.
