Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Helmsley. The breakfasts are something to die for. Host are very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for their guests. Help was given to find suitable eating establishments in the town even down to furnishing with the local guide which included savings vouchers for various restaurants and eateries.

Enjoyed a very comfortable 24 hours at Carols immaculate B&B. Our lovely room had brand new furniture and a fantastic powerful shower. The breakfast was yummy and the welcome warm. On a warm evening it would be a delight to sit in the garden and enjoy watching the fish in the pond. Highly recommended!

Stayed here over 10 years ago and have just returned to find still owned and run by Carol. The welcome, rooms and food are all of very high standard and would encourage anyone visiting this area to check this place out, we will certainly be going back.

Great B&B with fab breakfasts. Carol the proprietor was a lovely helpful person and a great cook! She even makes time to organise events like the village firework display - what a woman. Carol Swift could not have been more helpful. Our room was welcoming and very comfortable. The surroundings were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. There was an excellent menu and the food was well cooked and well presented. We have already planned to return to this accommodation on our next visit to Helmsley.
