New owners are friendly & have obviously made a real effort to get it back to what I believe it was previously. Very clean rooms are matched by how clean the pub itself is. Food was excellent & the choice of good quality ales will not disappoint. Easily the best pub/hotel in the area. Will go again. more

This inn is quickly returning to its best after a spell of mismanagement, and the new enthusiastic management team are really getting their act together - well worth another visit by any recently disappointed customers.
