Lovely old-world hotel in the throes of being updated. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Evening meal and Breakfast were excellent and served with a smile. Lovely area to have a holiday. Annan is a good central point with lovely walks by the river.

I stayed here with my family for ROM event 2012, The room smelled very musty on account of the rotting pile of mattresses and other junk below our window.
