Stayed overnight at the Sea View guest house with friends before taking the ferry to Rum the following morning. It is idealy situated only 300 metres from the ferry terminal. My husband and I have visited Mallaig on many occasions. We have always found Guest houses/B&B's there to be comfortable but pretty basic, until now! The 'Seaview' has been a real 'find'! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quite small but that is the only thing even close to a fault I could find with my stay here. Although cosy, the room was very comfortable and the furnishing and bedding was a very high quality. The host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. more

Lovely guesthouse and warm, friendly host who made a great effort to be welcoming and this seemed to come very naturally. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was very nice and fresh. From the time we arrived until the minute we left, Fiona was the consummate hostess.
