The Spotted Dog B&B is family and dog friendly oasis. I never expected to find myself staying at a B&B in Madoc ON. The town is mid-point between Toronto and Ottawa along Hwy 7 and about 30 minutes drive north of Bellville. Your host, Rob, welcomes you and after explaining all the features of the B&B from the pool, to games, to books left me to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee and some fresh zuccini loaf. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are updated. Breakfast consisted of cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee, fresh fruit and perfectly prepared eggs benedict. The Spotted Dog is a great place to get away from the city.
