We had never stayed in this type of "apartment" style housing before and we were completely blown away by the Blue Dolphin. It really is a home away from home. It had great island decor, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, fantastic beds, and large shower in the master bedroom, There was even a gallon of ice cream in the freezer!... more

We just returned from a family reunion at the Blue Dolphin Inn on Anna Maria Island and we could not have been happier with our accomodations. It was perfect for our reunion. My short unexpected 3 day stay at the darling skimmer apartment (which is one of the four individual 2 or 3 bedroom units) was so very pleasant .
