We stayed here in May 2009. Great location being directly across the street from the Thermal Pools - and the hotel supplied towels for the pool. We didn't end up staying in this hotel, even though we paid for it, as the staff was so rude. Admittedly I had booked the wrong day - duh!!!, but the grumpy, rude and unhelpful attitude of the person at the front desk person upset us so much that we didn't want to stay.
