The hotel is centrally located in Madikeri and given the price, it really is a good bargain if you can contain the sloppy service and decent rooms. This is a good budget hotel and is in centre of the city. It has good sized rooms and clean and spacious bathrooms. the hotel has good staff and food. Ample of parking space. Good place to stay.

The hotel rooms were clean and neat and also the corridor.The bathrooms are being maintained properly with 24 hour running hot water.Rates are good (Rs.850/- for a double room).Another advantage is that it is in centre of Madekeri.
