Please don't ever go for the house-boat experience - these people are looting trusting travellers with all that they have. I think the uniqueness of this property is location.Its bang on Tarkarli beach.A real serene and virgin beach located in south west India.A stretch of about 5 kms of white sand.this resort has unique boat shape room accomodaion and house boats in backwaters also.If you are lucky you can spot dolphins from the house boat.
