Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stay 3days 2nights, staffs are helpful, smile, and super friendly. The resorts not so far from Khao Yai but you should have your own car. The room is lovely like local resort style. But a bit to add up, more cleanliness in the room. The rest is awesome. Love

Pros: 1. The surrounding is quiet and pretty with a lot of greenery. 2. The staff are accommodating and prompt in their service. Cons: 1. The wifi connection is very unstable and weak. 2. There are cockroaches in the rooms. 3. The water pressure is extremely low and the temperature of the water fluctuates as it turns cold and hot within a short span of time. 4. The air-conditioning is very weak and doesn't really cool the room even set at 16 degree Celsius.

A family of 3, we booked the mezzanine room. My girl used the 2nd level room. The room was clean and so spacious including the 2nd level which able to fit 4 kids. The environment was very peaceful and relaxing. Didn't feel like you were in Thailand; like in USA. Breakfast was simple but good. Staffs were friendly and helpful though they couldn't speak very good English. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here.

This is definitely one of the highly recommended resort or hotel to stay. It really worth while. Kids friendly, there so much space for kid to play. The boss was friendly and entertaining at the same time. Every single house - the wall painting are done by a single person :) thanks for sharing with us your stories. It's beautiful. Went in Dec, expecting weather to be cooling otherwise everything will be perfect, service is good as well. Only bad encounter was that the kettle seems to be rusty and cold. Close to Perfect.
