The answer is yes. Our family of five was deposited from our train in the wonderful alpine village of Obertraun, easy walking distance to the Seerose. The magnificence of the surroundings is only surpassed by the friendliness of the hosts, Mark and Jane, along with their charming family. Our family of four had a great stay here. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and the apartment we had was very nice. The price was right too, especially compared to some of the other places we had looked at prior to choosing this one. Would definitely recommend this place. more

Excellent skiing holiday in comfortable and well furnished apartments. We liked the warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, and have had a fantastic skiing holiday. Not having to prepare breakfast for ourselves was a big plus,given the usual rush to make it to ski school on time ! The ski bus stops outside the hotel, so its an effortless... more

My wife and I and two sons stayed for 5 nightsin February. We were very happy with the comfortable accomodations and welcoming atmosphere. The owners, Mark and Jane, are extremely helpful.
