My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the pretty little town of St Maria-Horebeke in Belgium during april. What we didnt realise was that this pretty little town played host to one of the lovliest Hotel / b&b's one could wish to stay in.
The Het Landhuis is run by a lovely couple Lieven & Nancy, and their 3 beautiful children. Stylishly decorated and modern, yet still with that typical Flemish charm; situated on a large rural property, you still have the country feel that only Flanders can offer! And all still close enough to the major attractions and towns/cities.
We were made to feel so welcome during our stay. The breakfasts are also superb; as good as we had all trip, and that included countries such as France, Switzerland and Italy!
The surrounding countryside is so beautiful, and the Landhuis fits in beautifully.
If you're looking for value, comfort, affordability, quietness and hospitality.....you can look no further.
