Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with six people on a short weekend golf holiday. For a group of lads it was ideal using it only as a base to sleep and breakfast. My wife would not be happy staying here. As far as facilities go there is an LCD TV, shower and a safe in the wardrobe. Internally you can only use a lift to access the floors but if you want to use the stairs you have to use the fire escape on the outside. Plenty of parking outside. Despite being on the main road there was little traffic noise.
Breakfast was continental and you could eat as much as you wanted.
Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use the hotel bar much as the town centre is only 500metres away and there are some lovely roadside cafe/bars where you can watch the world go slowly by.
Thought it was expensive for what it was though. more
