We recently spent one night in Han-sur-Lesse at the start of a road trip through Belgium and Holland. Our hotel, Auberge de Faule, was a great start. The rooms are average sized for European hotels. The furnishings were not new, but clean and comfortable. The room and all the public areas of the hotel were very clean. There are rooms in the main building where we were, and garden rooms in a separate building in the back.

There is free parking on the premises. This hotel is in the main part of town: a few steps away from the tram to the cave and other attached attractions. There are wonderful and inexpensive restaurants literally steps outside the front door.

Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh, with coffee, juice, and hot chocolate, of course. Breakfast is usually served from 8 o'clock, but we had to check out early because we had a tour scheduled in Brussels.
