Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This small B&B is within easy access to Bruges but gives you the perfect countryside experience. The house looks stunning and it has venison farm so you can see lot of deers. We stayed in the suite, and it was just amazing. The spa bath in it is fabulous for relaxing. The hosts are good, approachable and provide the best breakfast. the breakfast is a feast. There is such huge amount of food, that you get confused what you want to eat. Plus they make you hot food like eggs, omelets and pancakes, basically whatever you wish for. It was overall a great romantic escape for us.

We stayed here for one night as we had booked to eat at the 3 Michelin starred Hertog Jan nearby. Everything about the place was excellent. This was more than a B&B as we know it in the UK. Our suite compared favourably with some 5 star hotels we've stayed in. Isabelle is a wonderful hostess and went out of her way to help us get to the restaurant on time after long delay at Eurotunnel. Breakfast was top class too.

Epic breakfast varying from fresh fruit, breads, spreads and homemade yogurt to smoked fish, bacon & eggs and pancakes. Extremely accommodating hosts (nothing we asked was too much, always smiling, helpful tips in relation to Bruges as wel as to local restaurants). Fantastic location (close to Bruges) in a perfectly relaxing setting (lovely gardens, patio, walking routes, open fields, ...). The rooms are charming, spacious and perfectly equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. Would absolutely recommend this B&B to all!

This lovely guesthouse located on the Bruges suburb about ten minutes drive to downtown Bruges. This is more than ordinary guest house, they have main house where some of the rooms and breakfast room located and another house where our room located. Ours is attic room where ideal for family as they have three beds with one king bed and two single beds. Bathroom has tub with shower and complete toiletries. Satelite TV has trick to make it works but has hundreds of channel even English channel. Isabelle and her husband have designed this house complexes nicely with beautiful green garden and lots of flower and pond. There is also horse field at another side. Breakfast is excellent with many choices of breads, cereal, fruits and cold meats. We can also ask either porridge, pancakes, and many kinds of egg. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. A bit difficult for traveler who don't come with car as there are no shops nearby. However, it is highly recommend for guest coming with car and enjoy quaint and serene environment in Zedelgem. Isabelle, the owner, will explain everything if you come by car, from speed camera, places to visit other than Bruges and good restaurant to dine near the guesthouse.

The owners know what they're doing and what they're talking about. They have been in the hospitality (hotel/restaurant) business for many years...and it shows. They want to please their customers...make them happy so they will return...to their wonderful bed and breakfast place. I didn't stay in the Main building (where breakfast is served in the veranda, overlooking the yard and the premises...a beautiful setting) but in the secondary building and it was very nice and comfortable (2 minutes walk from that building to the Main building). Fridge, microwave, cozy lightening, Wi-Fi, a separate desk. Plenty storage. Clean bathroom. Breakfast on weekdays is delish...wait until you savor breakfast on the weekend ! As good as it comes in Belgium with freshly baked breads and croissants, a diversity of delightful hams, cheeses and fresh fruits... homemade yogurts and preserves. And the owner always there to fill your cup with freshly brewed coffee. We were there in the Belgian summer heat (yes, we do have them occasionally), and had hoped we would get a electric fan. Maybe next time :-) Otherwise, it's all good ! I recommend.

We stayed here for two nights. The proprietor Isabelle and her son greeted us on arrival and I have to say that out of the 100 or so B+Bs I have stayed in over the years, this turned out to be the very best. Our large room was splendid and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom where everything worked. The bath was a proper size for a change! The breakfast was spectacular with everything offered which one could possibly want. While we were having breakfast, our bed was made and the room cleaned. I recommend that hotel and b+b managers who read this should visit this place to see how it should be done. The garden is superb and there are tables and chairs outside for residents' use. Quite superb - Well done Isabelle - full marks!

This place has beautiful grounds that you notice when you drive in. Isabelle greeted us and gave us thorough hi lights of the area. Rooms were really comfortable and had everything you needed even a mini- bar. The best part though was the magnificent breakfast spread. They also cooked us eggs and bacon and crepes! The breakfast area overlooked their lovely back yard in a beautiful sunroom. A superior stay!

We stayed here for one night and we loved it. We had a choice of two rooms on arrival and both were large and very well furnished. The room we chose had an awesome bathroom and overall we were very happy with it. The owners were very helpful and showed us the nearby restaurants to choose from, one of which we went to and loved. The breakfast was great and we have no bad points to mention at all.
