We just returned from a week in the Provence and stayed two nights in Hotel Le President. The lobby looked very nice, but when we saw the room we were disappointed. Small and very basic and not very clean as we found out the next morning when we saw a couple of flees in the bed! There was an air conditioner in the room, but it only blew air and didn't cool at all. And on top of that all the beds where very hard and uncomfortable.
The hotel didn't had a restaurant or offered dinner service, but the second day a bus load of people were having dinner and were very noisy until late at night.
There was a swimming pool, but this was not well maintained as the floor and walls were green of algae. The whole pool area looked very neglected with old and dirty plastic chairs and reclining chairs with old cushions.
Overall we were very disappointed in this hotel. Located between Nimes and Arles and based upon the pictures we saw of the hotel lobby, we thought this would be a nice... more
