A lovely hotel in a 600-year old building. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was incredibly accomodating and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a small town along the Romantic Road, so it's the perfect stop along your way. more

The Greifen-Post is one of the best hotels on the Romantic Road and is ideally located, right in the middle between Rothenburg, Dinkelsbühl and Nördlingen, in the charming medieval town Feuchtwangen which is an attraction in itsself. This is a charming old world hotel where the floors creak in the oldest building. Our room was clean and comfortable except for the toilet room which made an airline toilet seem like Buckingham Palace. You have to park on the street near the hotel but we never had a problem finding a place within 25 feet or so of... more
