The room however did lack air-conditioning and opening the windows is not an option as there are notices in the room advising guests that the hotel suffers from a fly and spider problem in the summer so not to open the windows and I wasn’t... Here on business but having breakfast outside on the terrace next to the river made it a pleasure. Very friendly staff but limited in English speaking.

I stayed at this hotel during the beginning of August. The welcome by the reception staff was very warm. However parking for this hotel is absolutely shocking. I stayed overnight at this excellent hotel for where this lovely town was the kick-off point for a European motorbike tour. The friendliness and hospitality was at the usual high German standard.
