In general, this hotel is good for business travellers. However - the internet was too slow, and the rooms were too cold. (February cold front outside was probably too much for the heaters). Staff was professional and helpful, rooms clean and quite, though colder than desired.

Friendly welcome, plenty of staff around, nice charming restaurant and bar. Food quality is all right, some good local wine selection. Rooms are functional and clean. Wireless Internet is available and free of charge. No aircondition in the rooms. Certainly a place I'll book again when doing business in Remscheid.

The lobby is comfortable and well done, rooms are OK, the restaurant was reasonable a few years ago, now is better you find another option.
