We picked this hotel via their own website which was very impressive.This was true for the accomadation but we found the staff non-helpful and at times rude to the point of making you feel guilty for asking for a drink.Some of the ammenites are also mis-leading i.e. private beach(no)location(varies from different web-sites).Lovely hotel shame about the staff.. more

We had an early flight from Palermo and were sent to the Magaggiari by nearby Florio Park Hotel, which was closed already (October). We found the Magaggiari convenient for an overnight stay, the room was large - not at 4 star level though!
