We stayed there 4 nights on an organized tour. Other than the 1 restaurant around the corner which we enjoyed, there is absolutely nothing to do there. It's in a commercial area and out of the way. The air conditioning was poor and the staff wasn't very helpful.

Only stayed for one night, so hard to give a full review, but staff were helpful, facilities were a bit dated, but not too bad. Breakfast was good and covered most requirements. The area that hotel is in is great. Especially restaurant "Nirvana" which is open till 02:00. There is a huge outlet for shopping, markets with reasonable prices can be visited by foot. It is a little bit hard to go to vienna from the hotel. Crew were helpful, rooms were huge, bathroom was fine.
