Stayed here for 7 nights in may. Central location for all local bars,busses and ferry. Friendly staff, clean and quiet as no children.food was always hot and plenty of it could have had a better choice in salad. All in all a enjoyable relaxing stay.

We expected better from Thompson gold & were disappointed with both our room & food. The room was sparsly furnished with a postage stamp sized balcony and would have served well as a monk's cell rather than a place for a holiday. Reviewed this holiday in August last year but have just read the latest review saying that Adam is back .HOORAH! I am really looking forward to the holiday for I know the day times will be hilarious. Good to hear Karla is back too. This hotel is one of the best run hotels I have been to. Roll on August.

How many words do I have? Food. I understand the supplement pensioners where present and it was before season started. But if you can't cater for a European who isn't a retired pensioner, then don't take the booking. The food was aweful. The whole hotel was inundated with retired pensioners playing cards and dominos. Loved this hotel. Class!!!!! No Kiddies , excellant food and facilities. No complaints. The entertainment is great during the day.
