I stayed at the Bridge Hotel, Chertsey in January on business. I booked the room calling the hotel and got £5 discount which was good, reservation girl was very friendly sorry I forgot her name. Check in was friendly and welcoming offered me a deluxe room for only £10 extra which was great. Reception area is nice and bright and lovely... More

Many things that make a cheap hotel look cheap are apparent at The Bridge Hotel - stained, old and dingy carpet, walls and rooms, uncomfortable beds with brick hard pillows and cheap linens are just a few of those things. Much of that could have been overlooked if the staff could have been bothered to provide a bit of service.... More

I you plan to stay at this hotel or any of the bespoke hotels group with your Tesco club reward vouchers, be warned the price they quote you is not the price that you pay. Make sure you call several times to know how many vouchers you will need. We were quoted £168 for a 2 night stay, as soon... More

I recently stayed at the bridge hotel and had a lovely stay. It has been newly refurbished and looks beautiful. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all. More

Stayed here early November of 2011. On arrival there seemed a lot of building work going on, when we checked in and got to our room, it was clean to a very high standard. When my husband and myself needed an extra towel we found housekeepers who were more than willing to help, nice and polite however its a shame... More

Went along tonight for a meal with my other half in the newly refurbished restaurant. Hardly recognised the place when I walked in and it's been completely opened out to a spacious restaurant. Very light an airy and attentive staff. Before I get on to the food, this was previously as much a pub as a restaurant so not sure... More

We stayed for 4 nights in,3 rooms, returning to our old home town, to visit friends and relatives. The restaurant was being re-furbished when we arrived (we had no prior knowledge), although they did their best to serve customers. Evening meal food quality was fine. breakfast fare was Ok, but keeping fried food warm, over teal lights in covered gastronorms,... More

Nice hotel, currently undergoing some renovation but it's not so obtrusive that it puts you out, large rooms, no air-con but heating and ceiling fans in evidence. Stayed here for 2 nights it's a pretty average place, friendly but the worst part is that it is in Heathrow take off flight path and Friday night there was a plane taking... More

Lovely location on the river Thames and ideal for visiting Windsor, Hampton Court, Richmond and Kingston for shopping. Also very close to London Heathrow Airport but away from the noise. The breakfast and dinner are very good but for the dinner choose to pay as you go its probably cheaper than the fixed charge. Access to hotel is only by... More

Good hotel with location to match. Close to M25 & M3. Hotel is being refurbished and rooms have already been done. Modern business feel about them. Chair at workdesk is way to low to work at comfortably. Not Good. Wi-fi is free but a new code has to be requested every 24 hours. A little niggling Car park is 1... More
